The Cooled MWIR Long-Range Dual-Spectrum Imaging System integrates a high-performance Mercury Cadmium Telluride (MCT) medium-wave cooled infrared detector operating within the 3.7–4.8μm spectral band. With a native resolution of 640 × 512 and a thermal sensitivity of ≤20mK @F1.0, 300K, the system is capable of detecting extremely subtle temperature variations at extended distances. The cooled detector architecture significantly enhances signal-to-noise ratio and long-range discrimination capability compared to uncooled systems.
The visible imaging module adopts a 1/1.8” Progressive Scan CMOS sensor, available in 2MP (1920 × 1080) or 4MP (2560 × 1440) configurations. It supports ultra-long focal length options ranging from 22.2mm up to 1100mm, delivering up to 100× optical zoom. Combined with 3D digital noise reduction and optical defog functionality, the visible channel ensures high-detail target identification even in low-contrast atmospheric conditions.
The system is mounted on a heavy-duty intelligent variable-speed PTZ platform, supporting 360° continuous pan, ±45° tilt, ultra-low 0.01°/s precision movement, and up to 256 presets. Intelligent analytics include regional intrusion detection, cross-boundary detection, multi-scene group cruise detection, and 3D frame selection zoom/positioning, enabling fully automated, unattended operation.
The cooled MCT detector provides superior long-range detection performance and thermal clarity in low-contrast conditions.
