The Single-Arm Pan Tilt Positioner is a high-precision motion platform designed for electro-optical payloads, surveillance sensors, and multi-sensor integration systems. Engineered for flexibility and reliability, the system enables 360° continuous azimuth rotation and ±60° elevation movement, allowing full panoramic scanning and accurate target tracking. With a payload capacity up to 20 kg, the platform can accommodate a wide range of devices such as HD daylight cameras, thermal imaging systems, laser rangefinders, radar sensors, and other EO/IR modules. The system can be easily customized in terms of payload capacity, mounting interfaces, motion range, and control systems, ensuring seamless integration with different electro-optical and sensing technologies.

Overview of Product


The single-arm positioner is a two-axis motion platform optimized for medium-weight sensor payloads and integrated electro-optical systems. The azimuth axis provides continuous 360° rotation, enabling uninterrupted scanning and tracking capability. The elevation axis supports ±60° movement, allowing wide vertical coverage for observation tasks.

The structure features dual payload mounting points located on both sides of the arm, each capable of supporting heavy sensor modules while maintaining balance and structural stability. The rigid mechanical design ensures stable operation even when carrying long-range optical systems with extended focal lengths. 

Designed for demanding environments, the positioner combines robust mechanical structure with precise motion control, making it suitable for applications such as border surveillance, coastal monitoring, vehicle-mounted observation systems, and industrial sensing platforms.
