This Industrial-Grade Long-Range LWIR Security System combines high-sensitivity thermal imaging with a reinforced PTZ drive mechanism capable of supporting heavy optical assemblies and auxiliary sensors. The structure is engineered for long-term stability, minimizing vibration impact during high-magnification operation.
The high-load mechanical structure enables stable imaging even under high wind conditions and elevated mounting installations such as towers, poles, and coastal platforms. With configurable detector resolution, pixel pitch, focal length, and iris control, the system can be optimized for Detection, Recognition, and Identification (DRI) performance according to operational requirements.
Advanced image processing algorithms enhance thermal contrast, suppress noise, and improve edge definition, ensuring clear target observation at extended distances. Integrated heating elements and an industrial mechanical wiper system maintain lens clarity during rain, fog, or condensation.
The system architecture supports optional integration of laser rangefinders, visible zoom cameras, radar modules, or intelligent analytics, forming a scalable multi-sensor surveillance solution suitable for defense and critical infrastructure environments.
