Vehicle-Mounted Long-Range MWIR Thermal Imaging EO Camera with Laser Rangefinder

This vehicle-mounted multi-spectral imaging system integrates a cooled mid-wave infrared (MWIR) thermal camera, high-definition visible sensor, and precision laser rangefinder into a unified electro-optical platform. Operating within the 3–5 μm spectral band, the MWIR sensor delivers superior sensitivity (NETD ≤25mK) and long-range detection capability, making it ideal for demanding surveillance missions. With long focal length optics (up to 1000mm equivalent) and advanced image processing algorithms, the system supports detection ranges exceeding 20 km for large targets and over 8–10 km for human-sized objects under standard atmospheric conditions. The integrated laser rangefinder (up to 15 km) enables accurate distance measurement and target geolocation.
