Two drive options are available to match mission requirements: a worm-gear drive for high torque, strong load-holding capability, and long-term stability under heavy loads, and a direct-drive servo solution for faster response and superior positioning accuracy. The Single-Axis Radar Pan rotator  Positioner is a specialized positioning platform engineered for precise rotation along a single horizontal (azimuth) axis, providing high stability, repeatability, and accurate directional control for fixed-mounted systems where elevation movement is not required. The simplified single-axis design reduces mechanical complexity while improving positioning accuracy, dynamic response, and long-term reliability. With a wide payload capacity ranging from 3 kg to 300 kg, the platform supports everything from lightweight camera systems and antennas to heavy-duty radar payloads including large radar antennas used in counter-UAV, border and coastal defense, and telecommunications systems. 


The platform supports standard Pelco P/D control over RS-485, RS-422, or RS-232 interfaces and provides full motion control functions equivalent to pan-tilt systems, including preset positions, programmable scanning, and absolute position feedback, delivering higher rotational speed, minimal backlash, and superior positioning accuracy for fast-response and precision-tracking applications.
